How to contact us

If you ever need guidance, have a question, or want help making sense of something in your care, you can reach out directly through your member support space. This is where you’ll send messages, ask questions, and receive personal guidance based on your membership level.

I review messages regularly and respond as promptly as I can. You’ll always receive thoughtful, clear guidance — whether you’re asking about insurance, preparing for an appointment, or trying to understand new information.

While I can’t provide medical treatment or make clinical decisions, I can help you understand what your providers are recommending, what questions to ask, and how to navigate the system around those decisions.

All members are welcome to reach out if they notice outdated information, want to request new resources, or need help finding something on the site. Compass and Beacon members can also use this space for their one‑on‑one guidance, whether that’s asking questions, preparing for appointments, or getting clarity on next steps.
