Compass and Beacon members use it alongside their one‑on‑one guidance, while Essentials members use it as a reliable, self‑paced resource they can return to anytime.
Essentials gives you full access to all RN‑curated resources and specialty tools — things like healthcare proxy forms, vaccine information, disability resources, appointment scripts, medication organizers, and more. You can explore everything at your own pace, and you’re always welcome to reach out with suggestions, corrections, or requests for new content.
Compass includes everything in Essentials, with added asynchronous message support. You can ask questions anytime and receive timely, personal guidance. This level is designed for general navigation needs — understanding insurance terms, preparing for appointments, or getting clarity on the next steps in the healthcare system.
Beacon includes all Compass support, plus more in‑depth, diagnosis‑specific guidance. You’ll have access to priority RN‑level support, including the option to schedule Zoom calls for comprehensive assessments. This level is designed for more complex situations that require deeper context, coordination, or ongoing guidance.
